Cystic Fibrous is a genetic disorder that causes thick sticky mucus to still to the lungs and pancreas, which makes it difficult to breathe. Our close family friend Bill has beat so many odds and celebrated his 10 year anniversary of his lung transplant yesterday, which has given him the gift of life. This is a true testament of the importance of organ donation friends and how an unfortunate loss was a beautiful blessing.
