Why does organ donation need a manifest? Why are people so averse to transplant medicine?
1. Organ donation is an altruistic* act.
We are not able to selflessly help someone who is not close to us when they are ill.
*ALTRUISM: “… altruism, unselfishness, way of thinking and acting characterized by consideration for others…”
2. In the event of (brain) death, order to keep a sick person alive, a person’s organs may be removed without objection in (OPT-OUT-Regulation).
We are disoriented in the event of the death of our families, loved ones. We have to accept that we are finite.
3. Respect and dignity must be shown to the organ donor, which also opens up the eternal gratitude of the recipient.
We thank our neighbors not enough with good gestures and miss social wholesomeness.
4. All human beings belong to planet earth, no dead body belongs to an individual.
We are careful to only act according to our own interests. In the event of death, neither democracy nor the right to self-determination belongs to us. Egoism with words kills people.
5. Trade in organs as well as illegal preferential treatment in the allocation of organ donation should be punished performing and participating physicians.
We cannot act, even in medicine, without maximum economic self-interest. Disregard the medical oath of Geneva.
6. People who spread fear and panic (diagnosis of brain death) should be punished.
We let ourselves be guided by our fears, not scientifically confirmed statements.
