The Australian Transplant Games, Australia’s most inspiring athletic event, will take place in the nation’s capital, Canberra, from October 1 to 6.

The 2025 World Transplant Games will take place in Dresden, Germany, from August 17 to 24, 2025. It promises to be a one-of-a-kind game that brings the transplant community in Germany together at a critical time. Start training, planning, and most importantly, dreaming!

DonateLife has been a key partner of the Games since OTA’s inception in 2009, providing critical funding to enable two World Transplant Games in Australia – the Gold Coast in 2009 and Perth in 2023 – as well as five Australian Transplant Games to promote the benefits of organ and tissue donation.

@transplantaus Chair Jason Ryan praised the Authority for their ongoing support, underlining that the Games gave an invaluable chance for the Government and Authority to speak with individuals whose lives had been altered by the @donatelifetoday programme.
