Or… I just realized 🙈 it might actually be a picture of my sternum wire! Anyone else have a sternum wire poking out? 😂 What a random question.

For anyone unfamiliar with this magical contraption: A sternum wire is a metal wire used to close and stabilize the breastbone after it’s opened during a lung transplant so the chest can heal securely.
