The transplant surgery is the “easy” part. It’s the healing afterward that’s hard. This account will dive into my experience healing spiritually, physically and mentally after a heart transplant in 2020.

I’ll dive into everything from the never ending labs, meds, medical gaslighting, having a medical history that’s complex to the stupid things people say and do. You’ll laugh, you may cry, you may roll your eyes in disbelief.

One things for certain, I wish I’d had this account when I got thrown into the organ transplant life after just 6 days on the list.
