Our college students and staff members actively participated in the Walkathon held at the District Sports Ground, Davanagere, under the themes “Nashamukta Bharat (Drug-Free India)” and “Let Us Save Another Life Through Organ Donation.”
The event was jointly organized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), S. S. Care Trust, and all affiliated institutions under the university’s jurisdiction.
With over 4,000 participants, the walkathon concluded successfully at Gundi Circle, creating strong awareness among the youth about the dangers of addiction and the lifesaving importance of organ donation.
This initiative marks a meaningful step toward building a healthier, responsible, and socially conscious society.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the organizers for their committed efforts and appreciate our students and staff for making the event a grand success.
