Lincoln Stranger was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy at just 4 years old. In 2025, he received a new heart through New England Donor services. A year later, Lincoln is back to being an energetic, happy kid, all thanks to his donor and family.

New England Donor Services saw a record number of lifesaving organ transplants last year, coordinating 1,692 transplants from deceased donors- an 8% increase since 2024. In a record-breaking year for NEDS, Lincoln’s journey represents the hundreds of lives changed by the gift of organ donation.
