Jeevandan Telangana once again stands as a national leader in deceased organ donation.In the year 2025, Telangana recorded 205 deceased organ donations, achieving more than 5 donations per million population (PMP)—a significant public health milestone.

With this remarkable achievement, Telangana has secured the top position in India once again, reflecting the State’s strong healthcare system, efficient coordination under the Jeevandan–SOTTO Telangana programme, and the selfless generosity of donor families.

This success is a true testament to the collective efforts of government leadership, healthcare professionals, transplant coordinators, police, NGOs, private hospitals, and above all, the donor families who transformed loss into life.
