If you know me you know Mani…. If you’ve had even an intro conversation with me you’ve heard about my husband, how much I love him or even how amazing his/our family is. If you know me well, you know I won’t shut up about the man or the love I have for him and you may have even thought this girl is obsessed! Well I am… but see that’s not what I’m here to share with you.

As some of you may or may not know my husband has sickle cell and throughout the course of his life fought many battles to survive. His most recent, Kidney disease. For the past 4 years he’s been receiving dialysis treatment for it. I’ve watched him be so courageous, so resilient and just flat out STRONG. Yesterday he shared a vulnerable post about this journey and here I am to double down on that and stand with him.

For him to overcome this latest obstacle sickle cell has thrown at him we’re asking you to consider being a living kidney donor.
