I donated my kidney

On October 23rd I donated my kidney to my cousin. After serious prayer and months of testing I was a complete match ✨Easiest decision because I knew my team would continue to run my businesses while I was recovering.

I understand I saved a life. But this was a thank you to my parents that adopted me 45 years ago. A thank you to my family that has accepted me so naturally that I forget I’m adopted.

I understand organ donation isn’t for everyone but if this could reach anyone out there… donate blood check off that organ donor option on ur license… tell somebody.

I just turned 45, holidays are here & I can’t help to reflect as the year ends. I knew in my bones I was a match. I knew I could handle it. To be able to hit pause on my life, I couldn’t have done it without my CLR Team. I will be forever grateful for you.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes this weekend. To all of those who sent prayers and well wishes as I was recovering I saw every one of them. I’m surrounded by the most amazing family & friends supporting my dreams. Thank u 🙏🏽✨Thank u forever.
