Elias is 13 years old—he loves biking, swimming, and playing Fortnite and Roblox with his little brother. He’s the kind of kid who joins the “Be a Buddy Club” at school because he wants his classmates to feel supported.

Elias was born with kidney damage, and after years of surgeries and treatments, his kidneys can no longer keep up. A transplant would give him the chance to grow up, to feel energetic again, and to live without feeling trapped in a body that’s struggling.
