This carousel is a peek into the routine that helps protect my transplant and keep my body balanced every day (anti rejection meds, blood pressure support, electrolytes, and more).
Important note: this is my personal medication plan. Not every transplant patient takes the same meds or doses, and Iām not a doctor. Always check with your own medical team.
Also being super honest, I sometimes wish I understood more about why I take each one and how they work. Iām learning as I go, and sharing this to normalize it and spread awareness.
