College student Quinn Hanrahan had been on the liver transplant waiting list for just 3 days when something amazing happened—a match was found.

At age 14, Quinn was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis, a rare condition where the immune system attacks healthy liver cells. Her sister was just about to be evaluated to become a #livingdonor when the phone rang with news that a donor #liver was available—just 3 minutes after the call ended.
