2016— Ten Years Ago today I had the Ride of a lifetime in Pasadena, California as I was honored to be a float rider on the Donate Life Float in the Rose Parade 🌹

Being able to carry Courtney with me down Colorado Boulevard and wave at her parents and my husband in the grand stands was a moment I will never forget.

Our float theme was “Treasure Life’s Journey”
That is something I have strived to do the last decade plus and will continue to do daily.

Thank you to my organ donor hero, Courtney, and ALL donors who have selflessly granted the gift of LIFE! We honor you today and always!
